It sits on a hill 500 metres above sea level, in the center of a 40 hectare farm, which produces wheat, sugarbeet, vegetables, hay, and straw, and raises cattle. In a splendid panoramic position overlooking Mount Amiata, the nearby natural reserve of Monte Rufeno, Rocca di Radiocofani, Mount Cetona, and the castle of Torre Alfina, the farmhouse is located at the center of numerous towns of cultural and touristic interest, and sits at the border of three regions, Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany.

A large estate on what was once the border between the Grand Duchy of Tuscany and the Vatican State, one of the most beautiful regions of central Italy where Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio meet. There are a large number of archaeological sites nearby, notably the Etruscan tombs at Tarquinia, Vulci, Tuscania, Sovana and Pitigliano. Lake Bolsena with its two islands, Martana and Bisentina, is a few kilometers away whilst the lovely city of Orvieto is a little further away in the opposite direction. The apartments we offer are on the ground floor of a restored farmhouse where the owner and his family live on the first floor. Each apartment has its own small garden equipped with outdoor furniture. In the large well kept garden of the house is a 5.5x11 m, deep 1,25-1,50 m swimming pool. Communal washing-machine
