The visit of the Buddhist tibetan centre in Pomaia is a chance of inter-religious meeting and relax.

You can find us in the Upper Cecina Valley. The main cultural centre of the area is Volterra, an important historical Etruscan city, even rich in Roman, Medioeval and Renaissance remains.
The stony farmstead where we live is been recently restored respecting Tuscan architecture. The Podere l'Apparita is situated in front of S.Dalmazio, an ancient town 700m far. Here, the writer Carlo Cassola set his romance "Il taglio del bosco".
We serve breakfast (B&B) and dinner (for half treatment) in the veranda with a good view on the 12th century Rocca Sillana, easily reached on foot. We serve meals of fine Tuscan cuisine and fresh organic garden produce (vegetarian food on request), we use only our organic extra-virgin olive oil in meals and tables.

This agritourism is the result of a careful restructure of a typical tuscan house called "casolare" . Once it was the farm house where the staff used to work in. It is placed between the marvellous tuscan hills, in a sunny isolated and relaxing area. It\'s an ideal place where to spend pleasant holidays in contact with the nature that shows you colours and scents as you walk and it\'s a good occasion to visit art cities. The agritourism has been carefully restructured both outside and inside in the repsect of the ancient tuscan tradition and now has every kind of modern comforts. It\'s is divided in five indipendent flats. They are very comfortable in order to assure a pleasant stay to our guests. They can use a wonderful swimming pool which is placed in a panoramic area, a common sitting room where they can taste typical products ('extravergine' olive oil, wines and dessert wines such as 'vin santo') and a trellis work with tables and chairs where they can spend their!
spare time outside in an ancient atmosphere.
