Volterra (18 km) can be reached in about a quarter of an hour by car, San Gimignano in about 20 minutes (28 km), Pisa (48 km), Livorno (53), Lucca (53 km) and the sea of the Etruscan coast in three quarters of an hour.
Florence (70 km) and Siena (71 km) can be reached in approximately one hour by car.
